Shipping policy

At Bound to Glow, we ship all orders through the Eswatini Post Office using a Post Office to Post Office delivery method.

 

1. Delivery Method: Post Office to Post Office

All orders are shipped from our location to your nearest Eswatini Post Office.

You will collect your parcel directly from the Post Office (Kuphatsisa).

2. Customer Pickup Location

During checkout, please include the name of your nearest Post Office in the order notes.

This ensures your parcel is sent to the correct branch.

If no Post Office is provided, processing may be delayed.

3. Shipping Fees

Bound to Glow charges a R20 processing fee, which will be added to your checkout total. This fee covers preparing your order and delivering it to the Post Office.

The Eswatini Post Office will then charge a separate shipping fee based on the weight of your parcel.

This Eswatini post fee is paid by the customer when collecting the order at the Post Office.

4. Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time:

2–3 business days (within Eswatini)

Delays caused by the Post Office are outside our control, but we will always assist with tracking where possible.

5. Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment.

You will receive an email notification when your order has been shipped.

6. Incorrect or Missing Pickup Information

If the Post Office you listed is incorrect or missing, we will contact you for confirmation.

This may delay your shipment.

7. Lost or Delayed Parcels

Once handed over to the Eswatini Post Office, Bound to Glow is not responsible for delays or loss caused by the courier.

However, we will assist in contacting the Post Office to help locate your parcel.
