Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, your item must:

Be free from stains, makeup, perfume, or damage
Returns are free and no restocking fees apply.
Exchanges
If you need a different size or color, you can request a free exchange within the same 14-day window.
Exchanges are subject to availability.
Non-Final Sale
Unless marked otherwise on the product page, items purchased from Bound to Glow are not final sale and are eligible for return or exchange.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment.
Please allow 10–14 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
